1. Returns:
We do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or wrong item has been received in which case an uncut unboxing video is mandatory to process the return. To initiate a return, please contact us at hey.vynxandco@gmail.com

2. Refunds:
Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

3. Exchange:
If you'd like to exchange your item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

 

4. Non-Refundable Items:
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged during shipping.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately or within 2-4 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
